Justin
 

Justin is Vice President of Programming of Spherexx.com (Parent Company of AceOnCall.com). He has worked in computer programming and technical support for over 13 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Novell Administrator (CNA). His experience includes multiple windows server installations with active directory and exchange in addition to administration of wireless networks with security encryption.

 

Justin is able to resolve technical problems with quick and creative solutions in order to help management facilitate good hardware/software practices.



Becca
 

Becca is the President of Spherexx.com (Parent company of AceOnCall.com) and worked for 11+ years as the IT Manager for Case & Associates Properties Inc. (Tulsa, OK) from 1989 thru 2000 and this encompassed the building of an IT department from concept to full-functioning department serving over 600 employees and over 100 investment/partnership entities and related subsidiaries. Instrumental in selection of operating platforms, network design and software/hardware for property management, human resources, construction and accounting along with systematic roll-out of software applications to improve productivity and resolve existing problems. Formulated, presented and implemented three separate plans for platform migrations to executive management which included a detail of objectives/goals, a cost versus benefit analysis and plans for conversion of mission critical software applications to accommodate new operating platforms. Developed in house help desk and solutions knowledgebase.

 

Becca works with each client as if it were her own business and works to proactively formulate best practices for the management and growth of the IT infrastructure of each client.
